Richard Wacker: One of the more interesting things to know about Richard is the fact that he is a hometown native. Richard grew up and has lived in Sterling since 1963. He has seen Sterling grow from 13 homes to what it has become today, and likes to joke of having been to every home in Sterling, at least once.  He began working in the plumbing field in 1978 and became a class “A” licensed Plumbing, Gas, and General Contractor in 1983.

Richard has three grown children.  The oldest, Autumn is a Virginia Tech graduate and Founder of “Ride On Ranch”, an equine assisted therapeutic center.  Learn more about Ride On Ranch here: http://rideonranch.org/

Jacob is an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate, commissioned ARMY officer, and helicopter pilot.  He has completed multiple tours of duty in Korea and Afghanistan.  He is currently stationed in our area at Fort Belvoir.

The youngest is Charli.  She is  UNCW graduate and manages the farm in Lovettsville which hosts “Ride On ranch”

Bryan Wacker: Bryan has been with Wacker Plumbing almost from it’s inception.  He is a huge asset and a major part of the company’s success.  Bryan lives outside Leesburg and has two sons and a daughter who are still in the area.

Jamal Coker: Jamal is very mechanically inclined and can fix anything.  He resides in the Sterling area with his wife and family.

Ben Wacker:  Ben was climbing trees when he came to work here.  He’s quick, thorough, and perceptive, making him one of our best troubleshooters.”

Nick Stoll: Nick started in 2004 as our tile setter when we still offered remodeling services. He has since joined our team of service technicians and has been a wonderful asset to the company.

Connie Hodges: Our loyal office manager. One of the lovely and polite voices you may hear when you give us a call. Connie has been with us since 1989 and keeps things running smoothly. Connie lives in the Sterling area with her husband and three children.

Gail Itschner: You will never meet a more patient person. Hers is often the voice you hear when you call the office. She is attentive to your needs and will try to accommodate every customer. An Arizona native, Gail now lives in Sterling with her husband and two children.
